The Miss Hoosier Valley Scholarship Pageant is a local competition under the Miss America Opportunity. The Miss Hoosier Valley titleholder has the opportunity to spread her Community Service Initiative across our great State at local appearances, as well as representing this title at the Miss Indiana Competition in June in Zionsville, IN! The Miss Hoosier Valley Scholarship Pageant is an open competition, meaning that any young lady, born between 1997-2007 that has a permanent address and/or attends school full-time in the State of Indiana is eligible to compete! 

 

The Miss America Opportunity is a nationally-recognized non-profit and serves as the largest provider of scholarship assistance to young women in the world. The mission is to prepare great women for the world and prepare the world for great women , which is evidenced by the thousands of young women across America working to better their Community, State, Country, and the world through service and scholarship.

 

In order for a young woman to compete in the Miss Indiana Program, they must have won a local program title just like ours who sends contestants to Zionsville, IN, for the State competition in June each year. Indiana sends one of our finest ladies to compete for the title of Miss America, where over $60 million dollars in scholarships are made available to the 51 State Titleholders.
